You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure your item is unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of our product, we can’t accept returns on opened coffee bags unless the product is faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — no return needed.
Email us at support@beanmeup.fake with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos. Our support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days with next steps.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
